This is the time in our travels where we catch our breath and replenish what has been so lovingly spent. Our bodies are tired and our hearts are full and we cherish these moments of just being still. These last several days have provided the perfect opportunity to do just that.
There are no kinder people than the Fijians so we are well cared for in our resting place. We feel as if we are the only ones on this entire Island and have enjoyed the beauty of solitude. It is raining today so we have taken full advantage of our veranda to watch the storm out on the sea.
We enjoy a leisurely breakfast and then some time reading and writing. We take a nap, go for a swim, listen to music, and talk about our next set of travels. Then we nap again…
Heading home soon and looking forward to being with those we love the most. You have been missed incredibly but we carry you with us.
